Patch is a property-tech startup designed to give homeowners more control over the buying and selling process, allowing them to track their home’s value in real-time, receive private offers, and bypass traditional real estate agents. It aims to make a difficult and confusing process simple and more transparent. As the platform prepared to launch, the Patch team needed a clear, engaging explainer video to introduce the concept, and communicate the platform’s value to everyday homeowners.
